Took this on another forum, and I got a 95%, I actually knew the form one...but even if you didn't, you could kind of tell which one was real. I missed the constitution date...lawl, I said it was created the same date the DoI was written.

Got 90% - hah, I thought the President, not Congress, has the power to declare war because I was thinking of the war-mongerer Bush Boy. The INS question was hard, too.

So I always wondered how we were able to go to "war" after world war 2 without congress ever officially declaring war...e.g. korea, vietnam, iraq 1 and 2, and it has something to do with the War Powers act of 1973. After this fiasco with bush, I think the responsibility to go to war should remain with congress and not the president. |

Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution states, "The Congress shall have Power ...To declare war, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water." Korea was not declared. It has been called a police action as a result. Vietnam was not declared. The U.S. troops were initially there on an advisory basis. Iraq 1 was not declared. It was supposed to be under the auspices of the UNUnited Nations. Iraq 2 was authorized by a majority of members of Congress (IIRC) although you'd be hard pressed to find one that will admit it in public. Oh, BTW, I missed just the Naturalization Form question.

Amazing...I got 100%
Guess I can relate since I just know a lot of stuff in general. History is a big requirement for our jobs. Most of the problems with humanity stem from history. |

Yes, including the US population not noticing that the policies of their president resemble Mussolini's.

I got 40%, luckily I'm not trying to become a US citizen, although is interesting that anyone could think the answers to the questions are remotely important
