Took this on another forum, and I got a 95%, I actually knew the form one...but even if you didn't, you could kind of tell which one was real. I missed the constitution date...lawl, I said it was created the same date the DoI was written.

Got 90% - hah, I thought the President, not Congress, has the power to declare war because I was thinking of the war-mongerer Bush Boy. The INS question was hard, too.

I've often wondered about that because I remember from civics class "only congress can declare war"

So I always wondered how we were able to go to "war" after world war 2 without congress ever officially declaring war...e.g. korea, vietnam, iraq 1 and 2, and it has something to do with the War Powers act of 1973.

After this fiasco with bush, I think the responsibility to go to war should remain with congress and not the president.

I got 80%. But the people who take these tests are given a sheet with all of the questions they will be asked along with the answers.

It's on the USCIS website. I helped my dad study for it a couple months ago.

Yeah it's pointless. It doesn't prove anything really and no one who takes it will ever remember any of that stuff.

lawl, my dad said he didn't even have to do the full computer test or whatever, since he had like a 20 minute conversation on acupuncture with the exam officer.

I got 90%.

But why would an American ever be expected to know about "Application for Naturalization" forms?

Some retard wrote this survey.

After this fiasco with bush, I think the responsibility to go to war should remain with congress and not the president.
If you've ever listened to the speech by Franklin D. Roosevelt on 8 December 1941 he states, “I ask that the Congress declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack by Japan on Sunday, December seventh, a state of war has existed between the United States and the Japanese Empire.”

Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution states, "The Congress shall have Power ...To declare war, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water."

Korea was not declared. It has been called a police action as a result.
Vietnam was not declared. The U.S. troops were initially there on an advisory basis.
Iraq 1 was not declared. It was supposed to be under the auspices of the UNUnited Nations.
Iraq 2 was authorized by a majority of members of Congress (IIRC) although you'd be hard pressed to find one that will admit it in public.

Oh, BTW, I missed just the Naturalization Form question.

Yes, including the US population not noticing that the policies of their president resemble Mussolini's.

I got 40%, luckily I'm not trying to become a US citizen, although is interesting that anyone could think the answers to the questions are remotely important
