DPE Wheel issue- over a year to repair and still not done

Hi all,

Curious if anyone has had experience. I sent a wheel back to DPE about 9 months ago and keep getting the runaround about where it is, aluminum shortage, faulty aluminum that had to be scrapped etc etc.

Have been a long time user, but I have wheels taking up a ton of space in the garage and I can’t sell them without the face. Has anyone had this experience with them? Is there any action I can take aside from sending daily emails asking where it is?

No but I had 2 watches take 14 months….everything sucks!

DPE? They're still around? They've been off the radar for years.....

I’ve sent 8 straight emails asking for an update. They were responsive up to a month ago. But I mean, the ETA wasJanuary, then March, then June, then July, etc.

What other actions can I take? Anyone have experience?

Seems like you’re local to them. Pick up your faces and go elsewhere
