G20 for sure It is such an important car to BMW so hopefully they get it right : not like other new models which I'm not really impressed with G30

Fair enough, but like I say, it doesn't have to be a vehicle you are in the market for nor even a vehicle that you would ever consider buying at all.
I mean, you came to the General Automotive forum for a reason right? You must have some interest in all things cars, and what's more exciting than new product? |

Well, here are mine, in order:
- C8 Corvette (The car will re-define American performance car expectations while pissing a LOT of people off) - Toyota/Gazoo Supra (will be telling of Toyota's direction for future 'driver's cars') - BMW Z4 replacement (Will be telling if it either reinforces BMW's loss of it's 'way' or reinforces a return to selling a dynamic and engaging driving experience) - Aston Martin Valkyrie (Aston Martin's streak of going batship crazy with making hypercars continues) - Alpine A110 (The U.S. won't get it, but what this car represents as a resurrection is on par with the Alfa 4C. Alfa messed that up. Renault and Caterham (both own equal parts of Alpine now) likely won't.) - Mercedes-AMG Project One (What F1 domination shall wring onto the world.)

I like more realistic stuff so mine are the new VW Arteon, Jeep Wrangler, new Z4, RS5. Only real big stuff I'm looking forward to is whatever special 488 Ferrari cooks up, GT3 RS, and new ZR1.

A 2,850 pound 3-series with a 255HP 3.0 L in line six, manual transmission, RWD, no iDrive, sport package.
Oh, I thought the title was "What cars are you dreaming about for Christmas"...

If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

The Cullinan. Can the current owners of Messrs. Royce and Rolls's company make a shooting break that doesn't look like a van?

Said no one ever. I mean, sounds good, but why would you get a sedan instead of a coupe/sportscar? So you can take your kids around? Then the wifey is going to want iDrive, AWD, auto-trans, little info-tainements in the rear, and all sorts of other stuff. There wouldn't be enough people buying them for what you are asking for and then even if you did, why would you get it over something better suited to sport driving, right?

Doubt I'd end up with one but want to go test drive the new XC40 - something about it intrigues me. That and the V60 for a possible next car for Dad.

Hyundai i30N performance - would love to get one of these, strip it out, put some semi slicks on it, add a few basic engine mods and hit the track. Would surprise a lot of cars I think
