Unless you're LE or something similar, they don't give them out.

Stop responding to him, every time you response you encourage the person more. Just ignore it totally and let Pay-pal tell him to either return the product or suck it up. I am betting PayPal already to him he is out of luck, that is why he trying to harass your ass.
So people think screaming and yelling and threatening will get what they want. If you files a mail fraud charge and it is found out it was false you will have the US government crawling up his ass. |

Mail Fraud is a felony offense in which the offender uses the postal service to commit a crime.
ie: If he returns an empty box and claims he returned the item so he can get a refund, then he will have committed mail fraud. |

So...how the heck did I commit mail fraud? Even if, by chance, I did make a mistake and sent him the wrong item, how is that mail fraud? If that's the case, then all the vendors and businesses who, once in a while (maybe 1%? less?) send the wrong item to someone..would be committing mail fraud

You didn't. He is just trying to intimidate you, unless of course you sent him an empty box!
Internet transactions really bring out the worst in people. Threatening over really petty crap because they already know there will be no repercussions. |
