2006 BMW 325i E90 starts then shuts off.

Hi, I'm new to this.
Help! I have a 2006 BMW 325i E90 starts for 3 second and shuts off. I was getting code p1449, and no other code.
I replaced new:
Electric gas pedal
Maf sensor
spark plugs & coils
fuel pump & pressure regulator
Throttle body
gas tank vent valve
I even cleaned the fuel tank and fuel injectors, and nothing. Has anyone had similar problem?

First thing is to make sure you have ALL of the old seal removed. When you install the new seal, coat the new seal with engine oil before pressing it in. I did mine with the cover off and TBH I'm not even sure it can be done with the cover installed.
