Here is good FP coverage, including Vettel's problems , Chilton's mistakes,Mercedes, etc. If you can't watch (like me here at work) it's the next best thing other than Mr. Slam's photos.

So, it seems at least one thing is great and growing at the Ferrari team this season, Alonso's ego.

Alonso on Kimi's lackluster performance this far:
- "Well I usually beat my team mate so no big surprise to me"

Kimi, please pull up your socks and make him eat that

The bodywork on the Mercedes is so much tighter than anyone else.

Man, I feel like the Mercs hide pace until they are forced to race with each other. For a bit it looked like the Red Bulls had caught up on the strength of their chassis on the long turns of Catalunya when Ricciardo was 3 tenths or so out of P1. But then the Mercs just opened up the gap to a full second like it was nothing.

Btw, Rosberg must be gutted... other than the P1 at Bahrain, he really hasn't outperformed Hamilton at all.

That was a dissapointment of a race. Congrats to Merc for the 1-2 Hammy and Rosberg. Ricciardo 3.

Pretty jacked up that slightly under 1/2 of the field was a lap down.

Good battles at the end.

Now Mercedes is 49 seconds clear of the field, not 20+ seconds. Impressive to say the least.

Mercedes basically let everyone know today how the rest of season will go.

Agreed all around. Kimi passing Alonso was good, Vettel's run up to fourth was good and the MBZ confusing at the end was interesting. I think Nico gave Mr P1 a good run and if there were just a couple more laps may have passed for first.

And congrats to DRic for his podium finish
