Car gives a jolt on 5th gear only (automatic)

Under heavy acceleration my car jolts for a second, it's never in any gear but 5th gear. It does this almost every time I accelerate really fast, usually around 5000 rpm. Only way to make it not Jolt is to let off the gas before shifting into 5th using step tronic. 2 months ago I had a transmission failure light go on my dash, after ripping it around pretty fast, around 220-230 km/h(not constantly of course) for a good 30 min at a track. However, once I shut her off, and restarted the car, the light went away. Is my transmission giving out? Or could it be something else? I do drive her really hard, almost every day lol.

Reset transmission adaptations and see if that "cures" your issue... 07's have trans problems...valve body I believe

Garage List
What are you running for tune? Might just need to increase the Torque Effective Divisor (fuel) to allow it to handle the load in 5th. Mine was too low and it cause the car to kick back to 4th. After increasing it never gave me any more issues. Over 90k on my trans, 50K with heavy abuse.

"Google" it.. I think it involves holding the gas peddle down without the car running for 20 seconds. A BT cable is the easiest way though
