Hydroxycut hardcore does work as far as curbing appetite. I dunno about burning fat though. Sometimes I got the jitters and other times I didn't. Compared to the Lipo 6 with the "new" fat burning technology, hydroxycut hardcore gave a better result, but nothing compared to products that contained ephedra back when it wasn't a banned substance.

If you don't work out and think you'll lose weight taking any supplement, it's not going to work. But like you said, you could try it out on top of your exercise regiment and proper diet to give you a little help. Good thing about GNC is that you can return the product if you aren't satisfied as long as you keep the receipt. At least that's how it was. I haven't taken any of those supplements for a while now. I've just been trying to eat healthy, lift weights 4x a week and do cardio 2x a week along with a protein supplement.

Cardio is a bitch to do, but I think that's key if you are trying to lose weight. I give no props to fat ass people who rep over 300lbs on the bench and think they are the shit unless they are football players. In my opinion I think cardio is the key to loseing weight and lifting weights will help the process. But then again I'm no personal trainer so I could be doing it all wrong. haha
thanks. i bought some hydroxycut original and so far so good. i only took 1 pill just so i can adjust myself to it. there's a definite energy boost and i do want to go work out that much more. i'm going to keep taking 1 pill 2-3 times a day and do at least 1 hour of cardio a day for a couple weeks then add weight training, along with the chicken and rice/veggies diet.

because everyones body reacts different to dietary supplements...

but drink 80oz of water a day, exercise, EAT CLEAN, and take the pills, and you will see results....

I tried Hydroxycut about a year or two ago and I started to get some really bad migraines so I stopped immediately.

Then I got dedicated and ate 3 times a day; breakfast - 8a.m., Lunch - 12 to 1p.m., Dinner - 7 to 8p.m., at about 1200 calories a day or less (normal is 2000 cal.) and lots of water. 2 months later I was down about 30lbs.

is ephedrine even legal to buy anymore? don't know much about it except they pulled it off diet pills cause people were keeling over. don't think i'd use it either, feeling good about my current approach.

last time i checked it was legal to possess, illegal to sell - and this only applies to certain states.

I used to be on Hydroxycut but that was way too expensive since most of it is especially now, is crap. Try the EC stack, hell of a lot cheaper and is what the ORIGINAL hydroxycut used to be.

I always considered people that take supplements losers

What happened to a traditional exercise+right diet route to fitness? People becoming progressively lazy these days. They eat shit in fall and winter and stuff themselves with pills before summer to look better.

Just so you know, you don't have to use a chicken/rice/veggie diet to lose weight. If that will help you stay within your calorie limit for the day then so be it, but cutting weight doesn't mean that you have to eat the same thing day in and day out. Some people think that they have to suffer with what they eat to lose when that really isn't the case.

i'm sticking to it for now because it's easy to maintain a caloric limit with that. i'm also doing turkey sandwiches. i'll add more stuff later, but for now, this is easiest for me to stick to. a tablespoon teriyaki sauce spices it up a little so it's like having chinese food every night.
