Sapphire Black on black. My Z4MR was same color - was looking to change color, but got hooked as soon as I started her up.

And yes, was surprised to see fog lamps.

The story I heard was that BMW thinks coupes in the U.S. are more likely to be used on the track so the lights were deleted to give better ventilation. Convertibles, on the other hand, are less likely to see track time.

I don't have fog light on my E93 M3 and you can take your vert to the track once a year.

I am told they are for sale at the dealer but I haven't called yet.
There is a picture on this forum of them in a retractble license plate thread on a black F32 and they look awesome.

BTW, although the lower vent areas are non-functional WRT brake venting, the passenger side is somewhat functional in that it allows air to get to what looks like an oil cooler. The driver side is closed off.
