Cadi CTS rental

Well sold my e90 to Carmax on Sat. and am driving a Cadi CTS rental now. All in with taxes, fees $195/week.

Drives pretty well, definitely solidly built with 8300 miles on the clock.

Had a DTS the 1st day with 226 miles on it pretty much had every option on it including the AC seats, but it was just too big for a DD.

Sure wished the side mirrors folded in like our e9x w/ZSP though, but you can set both the driver's and pass side mirrors to tilt down in reverse.

Is it as fun to accelerate in as the e90? I rented an Eclipse three weeks ago. No comparison

Actually not quite as fast because you can feel it being havier, but no slouch either. It moves out from a red light faster than my 330xi step did.

It has the Step too.

I like the panaromic roof though, but the gas mileage is poorer.

I rented a 2008 STS a few weeks ago when my car was in the shop. I paid for a compact and all they had on the lot was a Mustang and the STS! Man those things are super cush and comfy. Thing looked super gaudy though in pearl white.

I usually pick up a CTS from enterprise when my cars in the shop getting work done. I think the CTS is an amazing rental car. It blew my expectations away because I always thought of Caddys as POS, but I am a fan of the CTS now. Although I doubt i'll ever buy one to own.
