E90 M3 Rep Bumper Air Ducts Fitment

Hey guys I am planning to grab an M3 rep bumper from Khoalty since their prices are the best and free shipping. Anyways I am looking into swapping out the fogs and putting in the e90 M3 air ducts from ECSTuning.

My question is: Is there trimming needed to make the swap or will it be a direct fit?

I have an '06 330xi. If anyone has experience or info anything if appreciated.

Most likely will need trimming
