No power (fixed with jump box) need help!

I have no power, there is like a green line in my instrument cluster. When this happens none of my lights turn on and even my car won’t realease my key if it was in there. To fix it I have to get my jumper box and throw it on and it starts right up. I have a new battery and good alternator as well.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a flat / failing battery.

Put a good quality battery charger / analyzer on it a Ctek or a Victron Blue and leave it for as many hours as it needs 10 to 16 hours.

A car alternator isn't designed to charge a battery from flat.

A battery that has repeatedly gone completely flat wont be in the best of conditions so consider replacing it.
