Help- I need to get people's phone numbers. How?

So, I have a really big client list, about 500 people. Its got their names, and addresses. I need to get their phone numbers because the current ones are outdated. Its a client list from the early 90's and I need to comb through the entire thing.

Here is my problem, I need to get at least one phone number per client. Now, the only way I can do this is to go knocking on their doors. thats about 500 doors across a 50 mile radius. Im fucked. Is there some kind of online service that can do this for me for a price? Or something where i enter names and addresses and get phone numbers?

of course i know nothing is free. The only way to do this for free is to knock on doors, but i dont have that kind of time and i cannot be assed to do it. So anyone can give me some suggestions, it would be greatly appriciated.

GL! If the list is from the 90's whats the likelihood the addresses are accurate if the phone numbers are not?

yeah well ive already went through the tax records on all the addresses to see if the owners are the same. So, i have singled out that the people on my list still live in their houses. It took me a year to do that lol

but yes it does have a hefty price.

Works like a charm though; You can find out anything about anyone short of their social #.

And it's usually very accurate and can pretty much display every residency that they have ever lived at.

Other than that, you could try Zabasearch, or Melissa Data.

just got to whitepages.com and do a reverse look up, you can put in the address and it will tell you who lives there as of the last database update and their phone numbers, and it free, but lots of your time

most of the people arent listed, so its unlikely whitepages will help. im gonna have to do it the old fashioned way.

Put the names and addresses into an excel document, mail merge the corresponding rows/columns into a word document formatted to print envelopes. Stuff the envelopes with some kind of form letter letting the person/entity know your trying to update their contact information and some way to communicate the information you are requesting back to you.

Have you tried using the yellow pages? Sometimes they have more info than the white pages, not sure why, maybe more data?
