Need to turn my 335i into a 535i (E60)
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Some Tech questions. 1- Is the Diff the same in the 535i's as the 335i's? I'd like to carry over my VAC Built OSG to the 535i. 2- I'd like to also take my Vishnu tuner. 99.999% sure this will work. 3- I'd like to also take my wheels. Will they work?

I have no idea about the first two, but I think the wheels could be a challenge. If I remember correctly, the 5-series have a very low offset (+11?) relative to the 3-series (+40?). If correct, then could mean your 3-series wheels could rub the inner suspension.
