I can guarantee that he is using (second pic.) a choker because they are pull dogs, and that is one of the ways to keeping them from pulling, the dogs don't use chains or anything like that and that choker does not hurt them and we are very careful with our dogs so they don't get hurt (vet bills are not cheap) takes a long time to build a dog like that..

If you want something to help with pulling give a Halti or Gentle Leader a try. I've got a 130 pound Cane Corso/Neo mix who would be unmanagable if we didn't have the Gentle Leader (not because he's agressive, he's just young and wants to meet every person or dog he sees)

Btw those are both gorgeous dogs. I'd love to have a pit, but they are banned here. Stupid Liberals.

I have males but they are about 4 months old and going for about 900$

I never understood the fascination with these dogs, They are Vicious, they are mentally unstable(after being inbred for GENERATIONS) and the only reason people want them is to look like a gangster.. they serve no other point other than intimidation..

Ban the deed, not the breed...

Any dog can be vicious, I have seen many vicious chihuahuas... Strong, large, dogs should be bred, raised, and owned responsibly. If thats done, there are no problems.

I love strong, capable dogs, they have such a sense of purpose when it comes to being a helper for humans... (I know small dogs can have the same sense, but more on the emotional side... )

Great looking dogs but I never understood why people feel the need to breed. There are hundreds of thousands of pits in shelters already so breeding to me seems extremely irresponsible.

I agree with you, but this is what I do:

I don't breed my dogs with dogs from same family.
When you buy a dog from me you will sign a contract, every 4 months for the first year you will have to send me vet papers copy with a picture of the dog, after the first year every 8 months, and after that 12 months if I think you are doing a good job.
If anyone fail this(happened before) I will call the proper authorities on you, maybe have my lawyer talk to yours and also take your dog alway from you. and give him the Dog a better home with a decent family. You will be better off not buying a dog from me if you have bad intentions because I will catch you and will not be pretty or cheap.


My Dogs are taken care with lots of love

I constantly rescue to find home for them and avoid that they be put to sleep.

I don't have Dogs thinking that they will take care of themselves.

That doesn't answer my question as to why you feel that you need to bring more of these dogs into the world when there are already far more dogs than homes. I'm not saying that you don't care about them nor am I accusing you of being an irresponsible breeder but I just don't see the motivation. If you were really passionate for the breed you would probably be working to stop the overpopulation instead of adding to it.

vicious and mentally unstable??? the personality of any dog depends on how the dog is treated and raised, same as humans. we've had a pit before and he would never hurt anyone, ya he might bump into your or step on your toe but nothing more than that. our pit pyru who was a solid 80lbs and looked scary as hell was scared of my 4month old boxer. for you to speak of pits as if they are the worst dogs in the world tells me 1. youve never had a dog 2. you have a fear of dogs especially pits and 3. all the pits you've seen have been owned by irresponsible people. pls dont speak on a subject that you OBVIOUSLY have no clue about. i love my family with all my heart and would never think twice about having a pitbull raised by me next to any of my family members
