not lettuce.

i eat lots of lettuce or liek spinach or romainneee lettuce iwth chicken/shrimp wahtever.

some of the veggise do have carbs but very little. liek 4grams ors omething.. but it also has fiber. u can subtract the carbs from the fibers and then u have the real amount of carbs or something?

so its okay

My girl said she had some good software for counting stuff you eat and do for her health class...I'll get some more info...

Thank you for saying that. Man, i always go in there thinking, i just want a salad. Then i end up making a salad bigger than Mt.Etna. And i walk outta there feeling fatter than before i walked in. Haha..

Haha def hair! Nothing pisses me off more than getting all cute for a guy, and then him flaking. No, im not mad he flaked (i could careless about seeing him at that point) but im SO mad that i used products and took the time to look cute.. :mad:
