Infiniti coupe, Nissan 370Z and Nissan Cube spied!

Nissan has given a glimpse of three new cars – a new Infiniti sports car, the replacement for the 350Z coupe and the new-generation Cube city car.

No photos of the cars have been issued, but CAR nabbed a front-row seat and had its camera phone primed during Nissan design chief Shiro Nakamura’s presentation. So excuse the shaky picture quality for our sneak peek at three key new Nissans…

1. Infiniti sports car
2. 370z
3. Cube

Guys at CAR mag should have done this, but anyway here we go. I inverted and adjusted the contrast/brightness. Here's the 370z:

For some reason the rear fenders remind me of those early 70's corvettes.

I tend not to always trust CAR mag, but I would believe them in this case because we know what the Cube will look like. We have seen it's Concept. Also, we have seen the 370z prototype. The handles on this new one look similar to the way the handles are on the 350z.

It's strange seeing a smaller 370z. That would probably save weight and make the car drive better, but I love the current body style. It's nice and solid looking and has a simplistic, yet unique design. It looks great, I'm only now starting to get bored of it a little.

I dunno. I think overall proportions are off in comparison to the previews. The tail of the roof should be pushed back a bit more too, and the hood is too Aston-esque unlike the preview.

Not a bad sketch.

I hope it looks remotely like that. The current Z looks like a squatting toad to me.

nissan, without help of renault, will always find ways to fuck up their designs and make them ugly... unfortunate

My first thought of that sketch is that it looks like the new Supra's sketch. From what I know the over all shape of the Z370 wont change much. The eyes are now v-shaped and the overall length is about 6.5" shorter than the current Z. The new Z will also have fangs on the front air dam. There was an article about this car on Yahoo! this past weekend but I cant find it now.

Edit: inTgr8r's got it. I took forever to finish this post and he's gotten a picture of it already.

Round is organic and classic beauty. I'm so tired of angles and half-sharp edges.

Are we bench racing again? How do you know how my car is set up and how my driving skills are?

Who will punish me? A professional driver? A novice driver? An average driver?

And I don't live my life on the track.

Back on topic....it's still ugly as f*ck!
