I sorta miss AMC lifestyle. There was no schedule. I showed for alert and depending on Basic or Augmented day was my factor. There was always a bar near the hotel where we were staying and and food could be consumed in the window.
Probably live a few extra years after lifestyle change so I guess that is better. |

Normally up around 6.30 - 7.00 depending what time I hit the sack, lately it's glass of cider vinegar and water mix, some fruit followed by porridge with skimmed milk (lowers cholesterol) then see what the day has in store for me.

Up around 4:00 AM. No alarm.
Lay in bed for half hour. Mindfulness breathing practice. By 5:00 AM on rebounder (trampoline). Highly recommended by NASA. Or rowing machine. 5:30-6: SSS. 6: no breakfast. Intermittent fasting. Might read a book or go get groceries. Before the world comes out to play. 6:30-7: out the door if at the practice. Or to the study if working from home. |

I vastly, and I mean VASTLY underestimated the importance of an EARLY morning routine.
But better late than never I reckon. Get up at 4:45/5am. No excuses. Have 2 pints of water and a pint of green tea. Read 2 bible versus. Listen to worship music and set my eyes and heart on the Lord. Go rucking with 60 lbs weighted backpack for 1 mile. Jog with my sons while they ride their bikes to school. Hydrate again, shower and plan my day (self-employeed).
