Go Pro Camera Competitors?

Anyone know of any nice small HD cameras like the Go Pro camera that can mount on cars? I want to check out my options before I jump on the Go Pro. Thanks!

Contour HD is another option. They even have one with GPS. http://contour.com/

I have no experience with either, but I'm leaning towards the GoPro. I want to buy one to record motorcycle rides.

I actually work at Contour if you have any questions. Are cameras are super small, lightweight, full 1080HD and our newest camera has GPS integrated so you can map your location and speed. They're super durable too, and can stand up to pretty heavy abuse.
If you have more questions feel free to email me at lacy@contour.com or reply here.

I have a go pro hd . Its great I used it mainly for my jetski but ive Attached it to the car a couple times and even took it scuba diving.

Pros: its pretty light extremely durable, battery time is great, the wide angle is amazing !

Negatives are you cant review it until your at a computer and its a little tricky to start and stop esp when its mounted outside or out of close reach. A little red light is blinking when recording but if you cant see it its not much help unless you plan to do one large recording at a time but I usually turn it off and back on every couple min.

Souns isnt all to great but its pretty decent esp with the full closed case on.

I have the Fat Gecko dual Camera Mount. $75 This allows me to hook up my DSLR camera or HD video camera to the exterior of my car.
