Tint shop scratched my seat

F**king morons scratched my seat about the size of a finger length and of course, they claimed it's not their fault. It's pretty bad but not very very deep.
I'm so pissed.
I'm waiting for them to call me back after "they figured out what to do".

In the meantime, I called a shop and they said it can be fixed but it costs $150-$200.

The f**king tint shop better pay for it.

Just my luck. My car is 6 days old.

I feel for you bro. Tint shop scratched my rear windscreen. They apparently cut the tint on the outside with a razor blade and they left a nice gash in the upper right corner. I asked them about it and they said it wasn't them. Oh, yeah, right. So some random dude just came up to my car and outlined the rear windscreen with a razor blade.

Well, there is no way in hell I'm going to let this go. They better pay or I'll report them to the BBB and the BMW dealership that recomended them.

That's terrible, sorry about your troubles. The least they can do is replace the seat, IMO. Good luck on getting this resolved.

They are liable. They will pay. If not, it's off to small claims court. It would be worth it just to win.

What's the BBB? Better Back Bureau?

Seriously, the BBB does nothing unless there are many repeated complaints about a specific company.

If everybody thought that way there would never be any complaints

It always helps to complain to anybody who will listen... and make sure the shop knows who you are sending complaints to. I think if you mention the dealership that recommended you they will resolve it in a timely manner.
