Replaced my battery terminal - now the Service Engine Light is on (2000 Escort)

My bad ass escort has been having issues starting lately, and I have to go under the hood and move the positive cable around (it wouldn't tighten enough to stay put), so I decided to replace the terminal today.

Went to pep-boys, bought some generic terminal and put it all together again. Now, I have a Service Engine Soon light that won't go away. I tried disconnected the positive (because its the easiest) 3 times for 2 - 10 minutes in hopes to reset the ECU, and hooking it back up and the light is still there...

Any ideas?

AutoZone no longer scans codes for free...

Can the BT tool scan general OBDII codes off of any car?
