this is going to get interesting.

Well guys, I'll put it to you this way.
This is exactly what happened from Mark's point of view and my point of view:

1. The gun went missing on December 7th.
2. I talked to Mark about it on December 9th and he said that Shiv was going to get back with him to see where it went and Shiv never did.
3. I started a thread about if you find the screw gun then let me know. This thread is was started on December 16th here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...3982&highlight
4. Shiv contacted Mark because he saw the thread.
5. Nobody found the gun.
6. Since the gun went missing, I started this thread on January 6th.
7. Shiv said that it would be taken care of on January 6th.
8. It has now been 2 months and nothing has happened and now, it has turned into this.

Again, it's very sad.
I dont' know about you guys but if I were to owe you 200 bucks, how would you like it if I were to give you a chair that cost 200 and say, "When you sell the chair, you can have the money." WTF?
When Mark actually gets the money in hand, I will close the thread.
I've done it before. I can do it again.

There seem to be two different people (Shiv and Mr. S) claiming to speak for this "Mark". How about Mark comes on here and speaks for himself? Otherwise this is all hearsay...

It is all hearsay unfortunately and I don't claim to have any first-hand knowledge of what's going on. That said, Mr. 5 is pretty reputable and trustworthy, at least stemming from my own personal dealings. Maybe this will turn out to be a misunderstanding, but Craig I'd be happy to donate some to Mark to make him whole.

I do have his cell number. I did talk to him yesterday. I've known him for ~10 years. Are these facts are verifiable if you call him and ask him yourself. Instead of taking it upon yourself to start a public crusade. Yeeesh.

Sometimes the internet is the absolute worse way to get the things done. And sometimes the best way to get the wrong thing done.

Upon receiving the units, we cut him a check for $200 AND sent him a PROcede to keep in stock. Which he will have tomorrow.

I Just talked to Mark.
Shiv was correct.
Mark received a check today for $200.
The check was made out on the same date that he received the units.

In addition, the check was made out the same day that I opened this thread again asking for donations.
Coincidence? hmm
