Exclamation Car throwing codes

Hi guys,

My car went into limp after I left a plaza near my house, I did a small 0-60 pull in "D"
these codes came up after it went into limp:

P11AA - pressure monitoring signal too high
P1417 - Port Air Relief Circuit Malfunction
P1635 - Tire / Axle Ratio Out of Acceptable Range
P0304 - Misfire Cylinder 4

2009 BMW 335i N54
Mods: JB4 MAP1, BMS DCI, ALPINA B3 TCU Flash.
Got the oil change + spark plugs changed last Tuesday.

Spark plugs were supposedly replaced with OEMs
Tires were replaced last week.

Does it seem like the charge pipe blew? or is that only when "30FF" comes up?

Has anyone had any of the above codes come up?

Thanks in advance,

Michael.
