PSA: Don't see "The Breakup"

Public Service Announcement:

Do not see "The Break-up". I went into this thinking it would be a hilarious Vince Vaughn movie like "Old School" or "Dodgeball" - this is what the previews make it out to be. The first twenty minutes of this movie were funny, after which the movie was just extremely painful, depressing, and long. There were some good lines throughout the movie but it is purely painful to sit through. I wanted two hours of my life back after seeing it.

Just wanted to give you a headsup, save you guys money and two hours of your life..

yeah i agree with you. i had free tix to see it and even then it was a waste of time. i was expecting something like wedding crashers. vince vaughn is a great comedic actor but jennifer aniston should really stick with tv.

have to? that sounds pretty whipped.
just tell her how much it sucked and get her to see a different movie, especially if the $20 is going to be out of your pocket-that's not fair.

Because real relationships are about compromise. You have to do shit like this....in order to get away with other shit.

Its not being whipped....its knowning when to pick your battles.

Good luck Ryan.

not really, just find a movie that you BOTH want to see-that's compromise. if there isn't a movie that you both want to see right now then just go out to eat or play minigolf or something instead.

We almost went to see The Breakup yesterday, instead we went to see X-Men 3, that was just as much of a waste....I'm giving up on movies.

Haha, that's awesome.. since it made so much maybe they won't have a problem refunding my tickets? Its funny though, I'm not that worried about the money, but I would really like that two hours of my life back..

If you like Old School and Wedding Crashers type movies check out "Waiting." It was actually pretty funny.

I didn't really like Waiting. It was one of those, wasn't that bad but wasn't that good movies. Old School I didn't really like at all and I've never seen and probably will never see Wedding Crashers.
