I'm hoping the real V looks a lot better.

You really can't get larger wheels on the Vsport?
What about larger lightweight wheels? I'm not doubting their engineers..

Is it me or is it really big compared to its predecessor? It looks big to be a CTS. But then again, if you want small, get then ATS

The BMW engineers stated that the new M235 will come with 18" wheels and not 19" because they are lighter and provide more performance.

Nice looking cars, but still too bland for the power. 12.9 @ 111 MPH? Seems low.

The outgoing CTS was a tweener. The new CTS is indeed bigger. It's more expensive and is competing head to head with the 5 series and e-class.

Well...the 550i which this car is suppose to be the competitor of, does the quater-mile in 13.2 108.3. The 550i has a 4.4L twinturbo v8, this has a 3.6L twinturbo v6. Pretty impressive if you ask me...

Can't wait until the CTS-V comes out...(this is the CTS with v-sport package if you were wondering).

Thank you for the reply I was going to put. 12.9 sec quarter mile is damn impressive for this class of car. It's nurburgring lap time matches that of an e60 M5!!!! Still slow...

Plus, the BMW 550i sport with a manual trans weighs 4,365lbs! It weighs more than my wife's 2013 BMW X3.

Everyone has different tastes. Some might say the 1 series looks like a pregnant cat.
Personally, I think the CTS looks good. And I think it will be really nice in V form.

Just another huge car. They are doing good work though.

I'll wait for a small, 500+ lbs lighter 2 door front engine rear drive car from them before I get excited about the brand.

The ATS Coupe is coming in about a year or so. Won't be "small" but its nowhere near the CTS.

Well you're right on that. It'll be interesting to see. If they get it close to 3400 lbs I'll take a look willingly. No kicking and screaming either!

My interest is slightly peaked for the ATS-V Coupe, if they make one.
