I don't doubt he lasered someobody doing 88. But by the time he got in his car, down the on ramp, up through traffic.... he thinks I was the one he lasered. That's what sucks.

Not sure if it is worth it to go through the trouble to get a lawyer to fight this one. I would do up the costs for each and see what's cheaper/easier. Might just be better to pay the $100 and forget it.

unfortunately that's the case. And it's a small town of 5,300 people so looks like they do this shiz just to generate income.

GSP. But you have to call/deal with the juristication they pulled you over in. I F'n paid it yesterday. $148. I'm over it... I got delt a bad card. I'll try and stay in the middle lane regardless of speed and do 77 vs 80. I guess I need to make my car more distinct. time for white LED ground effects. jp.

I think this is part of life. Two tickets in my life over 30 yrs of driving and both were completely bogus. Cops are people they make mistakes. Unfortunately there are no consequences for his/her poor performance in this situation. That kind of power always made me nervous.

When you look through the reticle of a laser gun, is almost as if you're looking through an aimpoint or eotech with an approximate 2MOA dot
If he aimed at you, he hit your car. Or, if he lied, you'd never know the truth. Either way, just pay the fine as everyone said.

You should of asked for the radar gun and if it showed 88..then look at him and say, " when is the last time you calibrated the gun?" haha
