Gillette Fusion - I'm impressed

Have been wanting to try it with all the advertising. All of my mach 3 blades were pretty dull, have been wanting to try this Fusion thing for a few..

Yeah, so its really good. It is 9.99 non-battery, 11.99 battery at CVS. Was skeptical about the battery and what it did, but for two dollars more, if the battery thing was't good I figured the rest is just the same and I would just not hit power.

Have to say I think this is the closest shave I have ever had. Even some areas were you can always see some stubble, completely gone unless you look really closely. The vibration is awesome, it keeps the razor gliding smoothly over your face, even cross grain.

Two thumbs up from me, and my girl. She was on the cell when I came out I put her hand on my face and she looked really impressed!!

Just thought I'd share that. I should be taking delivery next thursday or friday, so I have to occupy my mind somehow right now in the meantime!!

I bought one a few days ago and I really like it too. I had the Mach 3 Power before, so I was already familiar with the vibrating razor. I really like it, but the Fusion is better. The refills are really expensive, though. I bought mine at a wholesale club (BJ's) and a package of 18 blades was like $43.

It's funny how they come out with a new one every year and I fall into the trick. I have no problem getting the new one but I have so many refills for MACH3 and the earlier ones!

Honestly, I don't even care that you resurrected this thread from 2006, but my only question is, how in the fuck did you even find this thread??

Purchase a Double Edge Razor or even better; a straight razor. Much better than the Gillette 100 blade crap, a lot cheaper and will last you, your son and even his son.

Edit: Haha, didn't see the 8 year revive!
