Here's a tip. Get a new girlfriend that doesn't have a dirty animal that pisses on the floor as a pet.

I hate cats. If I had my way, it would be gone. Not a reason to break up with her, though.

Post this in the new firearms forum...

I like cats, but they are evil and spiteful (not unlike women, I like them too) I swear they do things just to f*ck with you...cats do too.

How old is the cat? What breed of cat
Unless it is very old, there is a cause to it.

Most people think cats are solitary animals. They are not!

Do you stay over more often than normal? If you do, it might be upset over quality time with your girl. If the cat is not getting the attention they can get resentful.

Did you take the cats' spot on the bed?
Do you ignore the cat?
Does the cat want attention from you?
What happens if/when kitty jumps up on couch/bed for some pets?

My suggestion is to include affection towards the cat.
Include cat in your quality time with you and your lady
Does the cat have vertical space...think higher. Make sure the cat has access to outside window views. This creates a distraction.
Provide enrichment toys
Play with cat

It can also be an issue with the cleanliness of the litter box. If it smells like piss outside of the litter box the cat will treat everything else like a little box. There is a show on Netflix called My Cat From Hell. There are a couple episodes where they deal with this issue, it might be worth checking out.

Cats are spiteful. My girlfriend brought her cat down when she moved in. It would always hide behind the couch, so naturally, I would torment it and pull it out from behind the couch early in the morning and when I get home from work.

I get more amusement out of harassing it then having it around in general.

No pets are the best kind of pets.

My gf thinks she does this b/c she is pissed at her. She has gotten a lot less attention ever since she got a dog. The cat just sits in 1 spot in the bedroom almost all day. If you want attention, come get it you stupid animal. I'm very allergic to cats so F playing with it.

Cats will pee in the same spot unless cleaned properly. Get natures miracle and clean the spot.

Our car ever so often will pee on our rug(all wood floors) and we clean it. It happens a few times over the course of a few years then we buy a new rug.

Damn, sounds like the cat may need to see a psychologist.

Kitty Kwitter... Best pet product I've ever purchased. All wifey's cats now use the human toilet. They have much better aim than me... Lol. Just do t teach them to flush. I taught a cat to flush and she had been playing with the flush butto nonstop.

OP, have you tried having your GF hold the cat by you while you pee in the litter box?

Maybe it just needs a fresh reminder where the bathroom is considering its age. I think we all can agree that we've peed in corners when we were 13 years old.

Could you do a diagram of this? I have a hard time picturing how this works.
