Question Is the M3 rear subframe better than 335i rear subframe

Want to upgrade my E92 335i to an LSD and it seems that replacing the open diff with an M3 diff is the most budget friendly options. What I want to know is if I should replace the whole subframe and put an M3 subframe on or if I should solely do the diff?

M3 uses the same subframe but with stiffer bushings, both subframe to body and diff to subframe bushings.
