New Years Resolution

So let's share our resolutions for this year and keep each other updated with our progress.

My resolution is to be able to dunk at the age of 30. I'm 6' about 180lbs now and my last successful dunk was about 9 years ago when I was extremely active weighing in at around 150lbs. It'll be a tough one but my main intention is to get back in shape and to play more basketball while still having a solid goal in mind.

I'm going to follow this simple regime for 12 weeks and see how it works out. I reckon I'll have to cut 10 lbs min during this process. Very excited.

Finish my bachelors by 22 and apply for my masters.

I'd love to be able to touch my toes. My flexibility is, and always has been, attrocious. It's caused back problems my entire adult life.

1. Fully utilize the training/education money available to me from my company (i.e. get IT certs)
2. Work to grow my new small business
3. Gain 10lbs (6'1" 165->175) by working out while maintaining my calorie-burning, trail running hobby
4. Be better

1. Instead of saying "uh huh" to my GF, I plan to actually try and listen 25% of the time when she talks to me.

2. Perfect my art skills

3. Convince my female counter-part into finding a woman for a trio.

I'm looking to get to being scratch again as well this year from a 2. Where are you currently?

Also looking to do more things for me and take some time off of work. Last year I figured out I only took 12 days off for the year.

^^80/20 rule and you will get there.

practice 80% of your time on short game and 20% on long game.

Also need to try and play as much as possible. Range and putting green are great but you will become a better player overall by playing more rounds and also tournaments.

current SCGA is +1.
