Its only the home of TRUE tex-mex and mexican food.
My place down the street does cheese enchiladas with a thin piece of seared skirt steak on top. This is then smothered in tasty chili & served with savory refried beans and mexican rice. MMMMMMM!!!
And you haven't lived till you have tried carnitas!
