Sorry but I remember seeing my first Maybach. I was driving in Manhattan and saw the car, and was wondering what fugly (presumably Japanese) vehicle this was. I was shocked to discover it was a Maybach - it really did look better in Fotos. But in person,

no worries....the others suffer from extreme 'small man' syndrome.

The Maybach is a horrendous flop. The F430 is quite a nice bit, but a tad pretentious IMHO. Enjoy your 330. Its a stellar piece.

I occasionally run into a nice bentley coupe about once a week and other great cars daily. Once I hit the highway, I know my car is nicer than 90% of others on the road. But, there is always a nicer or newer car, so I enjoy the 330i that I have and dont think about comparisons very much. As everyone here knows, a great deal of appeal of the BMW is the driving experience. BTW, your 330i

everyone has to go out their way to validate their existence. It's funny how you guys dis the maybach; its frickin a house on wheels. Just be happy where you are and accept that there are boatloads of people that are more loaded than you. Big whoop anyway. Don't feel inferior!

Why is discussing the dislike of a car interpreted as feeling inferior? Perhaps you do but I don't. You might have issues to work out re wealth and status but I do not.

seen some porsches on campus, a few lambos in easton and this noon i saw a hot black cls with nice rims on it

i went to dinner at Lawry's, a very good steakhouse in bevhills. (If you live in LA area and never heard of it, you are missing out) its a valet only restaurant, so what happen is if you drive a nice car, they park it in the front and you get free valet service. (my E90 was parked there once! during a slow night with no other cars, lol) but the other night there was a rolls royce phantom with the brand new S550's parked to the left and to the right of it. All 3 cars were black. Looks like I was dining with the mafia. haha. then the cars next to it was a M3 and a porsche carrera.
