Help, AP GOV assignment

Okay so in AP gov today we were discussing the Supreme Court and such and I joked around with the idea of a SCT Fantasy Justice League. Well the teacher and I liked the idea alot and have decided to use it. He is going to put together the docket from the upcoming session and I need to make the "site". My question is how the hell do I make a site where people can securley place their picks and such. Ive created the home page and News/cases page but need to figure out how to do the actual interface. Any ideas?
