New (to me) 328 needs good cleaning up

Just turned in my mini lease and got my first big boy car (09 328). It needs a little TLC, looking for recommendations on how to deal with these things:

-Anyone ordered from lkqonline.com before? passenger side sun visor is missing the mirror & plate that covers it. Looks like I have to replace the whole visor. getbmwparts is $100 but lkq is $50...

-Car has a little funk (smell) to it. I was planning on rubbing everything down with a 20% ammonia/80% water mix. Any better ideas?

-Any recommendations for a carpet shampoo/cleaner? I have a 6HP shop vac to suck the moisture back out after, just trying to find something that smells ok and isn't super foamy

-beige interior...any recommendations for cleaning the leatherette upholstry? And patching (drivers seat)?

-My seat belts are disgusting (stained dark brown)... I was planning to lock them out and leave them in a bucket w/ water + borax. Stupid idea?

-driver's side scuff plate is showing a little rust around the edges. Can I pry it out, clean it up, & glue it back down?

-strip in passenger dash (the long one that goes around the 2 cupholders) keeps popping loose on 1 side. Can I replace just this piece? Or glue it back in place?

Thanks!

^Thanks. The Chemical guys have helped.

No known flooding issue? (carfax was clean). Found out the car is actually under CPO until Jan, so I'm taking it in to see what they find in a detailed inspection (fingers crossed...)

For carpet, so you don't have to worry about a shop vac, look towards Chem-Dry. Magic as far as I am concerned.
