We just got the foundation in....It's 7k sq/ft with the basement. I'm going to have a secret bookshelf that leads to the theater room in the basement. Home gym, bar, pool table, card table all in the basement. VERY conservative compared to your castle! Very awesome home you have there, geeeze! Show me some interior pictures please.

Our first floor is a pretty open floor plan, stucco exterior. I always wanted a Mediterranean style house so i can feel like im on vacation every time I come home . Its kind of similar to your house if you cut off from 6 windows to the right of the door, basically cut the second part of the house off.

7k sq ft is pretty damn big dude! it'll be plenty spacious. i love all the secret/mystery themed stuff throughout the house. unfortunately i didn't really put much of that into my house but I wish I could have. I just got a new pool table as well, it is pretty nice having all of this in your own home. I love being able to relax at my house all day and not get bored.

The mediterranean style is my favorite. I thought about french style but in the end I liked the 'vacation' feel as well. post pictures of your house's progress!

nothing special here, just a boxy old townhouse in a good suburb of l.a. but, it is completely paid for and has tripled in value in the past decade

Nice homes guys! Ill try to get some pics of mine up. Mine is a meager 3600 sq ft. With a detached 3 car garage with 800 sq ft above it that is my man cave. Pool table bar etc. It sits on 5 acres overlooking a lake. I recently extended the roof over the deck and put in glass or screen panels that can interchange depending on the weather. My fav space in the home. I love sitting out there looking at the lake drinking a beer and playing guitar.

Damn, I'm feeling self-conscience I've only got 5000 sq ft.

not sure why anyone would need over 3k sq. ft. house?

Wouldn't want to have to paint a 7k sq. ft. house, that would suck!!

My house is like 2500 sqft and I don't use half of it. When we were looking at houses we saw one that was like maybe 3500 sqft and it was so huge I told the realtor wtf am I suppose to do with all these empty spaces??? Anyways those houses posted up so far are insane, first one with a helipad wins though.

Maybe I'll post a picture of my 350 sqft office since that's basically where I hang out 95% of the time.

+1 doesn't matter how big my house is, I'm always in my office when I'm there.

Please note where these homes are.

Being a realtor, just sold a 550 sq ft house in silverlake and another 1,400 sq ft house in Atwater for 800k. Oh how it sucks to live in l.a.
