Pissed...

So today I wakeup early to go to work and I start off with a bad morning. I wakeup 10 minutes late, can't find my work shirt or belt and spilled my bomb ass bowl of frosted cheerios which reallly made me mad...

So I leave the house and head towards the hotel I work at. I just cleaned my E46 M3 and it was looking awesome. Then I attempt to get onto storrow drive. The car infront of me speeds up and then suddenly SLAMS on its brakes. I also slam on my brakes and manage to stop in time without hitting the car in front of me, however, I think o $hit, the guy behind me doesn't have //M Brakes. He plows into me at about 15-20 mph which sends my car into the car stopped in front of me. UGH. So we get out to make sure everybodys okay. I go up to the guy that hit me and I ask him if he'd like to exchange information. He says no and that I should just go on my way because I have no damage. My entire rear bumper has sprung out from the body, my chrome kidney grills and knocked out, my front bumper is sprung out and there are scratches on both the front and back everywhere...

I look at him and I say I don't care if you think I don't have any damage, I believe my car is pretty messed up and I'd like to exchange info. He's still reluctant, so finally I'm like look, I'm more than happy to call the cops and file a police report, so you tell me what you wanna do. He decides to exchange info with me and the other person he knocked into me.

Unsure of what to do next, I say to everyone are we all in agreement about what happened here or should we file a police report, the woman in front of me says, well what do you think happened? I said I was basically rear-ended into you. This guy behind me then goes ballistic. He starts cursing at me and going insane. I tell him to calm down and its no big deal to file a police report if we don't agree. He then goes on to call me a white devil and blames all car accidents on white people and starts really going crazy. So I'm just like fug it and call up the cops. A state trooper came and basically told me to get the hell outta the way and let insurance deal with it, so we all just left after that.

I called my insurance tonight and made a claim. The worse part about this is, is that I ordered a 335i and I'm supposed to be trading my M3 in for it a month before it comes (easier for them to sell in july) and so I don't want the deal to go sour cuz of this accident. I'm going to try and get the car fixed before they ask me to trade it in. gawd.... life sucks sometimes

leejoobin...how did you get "1" post after so many? Sux to hear that. My car got hit while parked and freagin lady won't admit and no witness. I am now out $500 for a minor repair and it's been 9 days now without a car.......Push the body shop to finish it up ASAP....call them everyday

damn... atleast the guy was covered... mine.. no insurance.. my back bumper.. fucked up on my 97 integra.

dang dude, that sucks. you should've known when you spilled your frosted cheerios that it wasn't going to be a good day! props to you for keeping your cool after the accident. hopefully your insurance will get things straightened out. most importantly, at least you weren't injured. cars can be fixed.

I hate all those tunnes and storrow drive. People always randomly brake. I try and get through as fast I can.

I actually have a bit of good news, it turns out i found a shop that will be able to fix my car by monday! Thank god!

wow and i thouhgt my day sucked after getting my second paycheck with a pay decrease from last summer after speaking with the HR director. If it all gets fixed out and the car looks as good as new, which im assuming yours looked, there shouldnt be a problem...right?

got carded for a package, so you are at the most, under 21, and you claim to drive an ///M6.. daddies car doesnt count, neither does you uncles, or that guy down the street who has one, that you saw once, and he picked you up from the bus stop
