USB vs Glovebox Ipod adaptor vs aux in socket
Now that USB option can be retrofitted (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=172822) can anyone advise if the sound quality of the USB option is good enough quality to warrant the cost? Is it better than the other BMW retrofit? I'm assuming its way better than the aux in plug as that is dire IMO.
Thanks |

The sound quality isn't going to be noticeably better (or different) than the MOST interface but the convenience factory of using a USB stick instead of an iPod could be big.
If you're using an iPod it'll be exactly the same as the aux-input because the iPod Y-cable uses the aux in for audio anyway. I'm definitely interested in more information though. I kind of liked throwing some stuff on a USB key last time I had a 2008 loaner. |

Go to Radio Shack and buy the $4 chord...BEST value for the price hands down.
