Anyone else experiment with water? Post them. This was my first time trying this so most of the decent results were by accident.

first time? dude these are wallpaper worthy. i don't just mean that due to the level of detail; the composition is really well done. the ripples came out great in the first pic, and the background really compliments the fore in the second.

From what I know, there are only 3 EF macro lenses made by Canon right now. The 100mm is mid-range.

Yeah I know...I have the 100mm myself. I meant which camera (Canon) do you have or used on those pics?

There are higher res images on flickr. Just click through, click on the "all sizes" button above the image and you can find a 1920x... version.

I had 2 flashes firing on all the photos. camera was on a tripod and it was a lot of trial and error. Probably took 100+ photos just to get a few shots that worked.
