Not bad looking, not unique by any stretch, but not bad overall.

Usually I'm the guy that'll tell people to stfu when they draw comparisons between other marque's designs, but I can't help but notice how ridiculously similar the C-pillar treatment is on this compared to a Honda Accord.

It looks good though. I'm afraid it might age quickly due to its blandness.

It's funny how people complain about blandness with a conservative design and then when a designer gets a bit radical, they complain about it being too much and want the conservative design back again. Then when it's conservative it's too bland again.

Just like the pre-Bangle era versus the Bangle era versus the new post Bangle era.

And the new Gorden Wagener Mercs versus the older "classic" pre-Gorden Wagener Mercs.

I do the same thing

That's because a company has to find a nice balance. Conservative can also mean two things: either the design cues are nothing ground-breaking (like a mishmash of an established design elements), or the proportions aren't eye-catching. This coupe is neither groundbreaking nor are any of its proportions all that unique. It's well-balanced as a whole, I will say.

I'd prefer a car bordering on more conservative design cues with more radical proportions. I'm sure the AMG C-coupe will be interesting.
