lol i guess its possible, but i mean there are videos of people smoking a lot of weed on youtube - many of which depict the smokers face clearly. i think youll be fine.

I've only heard of one case in which youtube lead to someone getting arrested, but he had vanity plates and a really really custom car and apparently was a "repeat offender" (they'd had their eye on the guy for a long time)

Bobbo on m3post busted him for lying to us saying he was on a track while doing his little stunt. He neglected to turn off the nav on his iDrive!

Technically, yes. But it would be highly unlikley.

They can't prove whom was actually driving for one, so that's the hardest one to prove.

The guy who posted the video of him doing 219mph in his LP640 didn't get in trouble because they couldn't prove who was behind the wheel. Nor, if he was really going that fast.
