Too many uneducated morons driving... (I'm sure even ppl with PHD)
When I was in Europe (Germany/Austria and Switzerland) doing my ED. During the two weeks I was there, I didn't see anyone passing on the right @ The Autobhan. You hardly see cars stay on the left except for passing and driving faster.
