Grass cutting depends on the type of grass you have too. Some grows a lot quicker than others, some is thicker as well. With some grasses, even during the growing season, you can go a few weeks without cutting. You might have seed stalks and if you're anal about seeing them sticking up from the grass then you'll need to cut, but that's personal opinion.

I won't get into too many details, but depending on location and type of grass, it can be easy or difficult. My back yard is huge, big enough to justify a riding mower probably, but I just use a regular mower. I don't cut it that often though. My front is cut more often. The type of grass requires more frequent cuts. I also prefer it to look better since people see it regularly.
I'm a fan of Zero Scape, as in i have Zero landscaping at my house. haha

Litos, lately I've been thinking of picking up a 392. Large as a 6 series, seats 4 adults comfortably, but goes like a MF'er and I think gets 14/23 MPG? But it's greatest characteristic is those damn good body lines and pushrod V-8.

Anything, you don't like about it?

Sorry to be OT, beautiful houses guys!

there is nothing MAJOR that I don't like about the 392.

only thing wrong with it in stock form is the fact that it has a lot of torque management built into it, even with traction control turned off...

it pulls timing between shifts too. that's just me being picky, a Diablo Trinity can all but eliminate all that stuff

it has to be one of the best handling 4000+ coupes on the planet with it's SRT bloodline...

the torque is silly down low - it's not even fair.

I launched in second gear one time in 99 degree weather and ran a 5.3 zero to sixty HAHAHA !!!!

adults will COMFORTABLY fit in the back seat without a shadow of anyone's doubt...

the Challenger body style brings grown men to tears dude - seriously.

the 2012+ Challenger have the "Sport Button" and "Track Mode" feature.

Sport Button changes the shifting characteristics - it shifts faster than stock and if you're in auto stick mode, the car WILL NOT shift once it hits redline.

you can do a burnout bouncing off the rev limiter in second gear (which the tires will be spinning at 78mph HAHA !!!).

Track Mode is amazing - the struts and springs tighten up and get real stiff.

my buddy with the 2012 300SRT8 said that he can be driving down the road and hit the Track Button. the car IMMEDIATELY gets tighter and he can feel the road get a bit bumpier.

if i'm going out on the town in a 470hp SRT, the Sport Button and Track Button are always activated HAHA !!!!

Great info and I was planning on a manual but I have to check out these features you speak of related to the autostick, sounds crazy!

Sorry to derail guys, carry on!

manuals are typically slower at the track, due to the fact that the auto launches so beautifully (probably similar to e90's). about 3 or 4 tenths slower.

but on the street while you're already moving, the 3.92 gear ratio is STUPID FUN !!!!

i've read and heard of manuals getting better gas mileage simply due to those higher gears being able to move the car much more freely

anyways, back on topic

trying to figure out the square footage of my living room and halway so i can get an accurate cost for throwing down laminate floors.

this carpet shit really pisses me off.....

Such a fun process. Yet it sucks all at the same time.

Sheetrock goes in mine next week.

I feel like mine's been moving at a snails pace lately, likely because it's just foundation stuff but they're scheduled to start framing next week. Then I can finally watch it take shape.

We thought we only got soft close drawers and ended up with soft close doors as well.

It's coming along. Now is the time to add wiring if you are ever wanted to have surround sound, ethernet, security system, etc.

True! If you already have an alarm system being installed talk with him (low voltage guy) about running speaker wires for you. It should be a cheap add if you do it on the side with him for cash.

Its actually prewired for Control4 with security standard. So not much more I could add.

Id like to add more wiring for the rear speakers on the TV, but im not sure I am going to make it before they put up the sheetrock.

That's what i'm talking about, your security guy should be willing to run those for you for a small cash fee.
