What is the difference between 51-19-2-291-414?

Purchased in 2017. Here are a few more pics, after I quickly wiped it a bit cleaner. It doesn't seem faded much at all to me. FYI I tried a few non OEM diffusers and the first carbon fiber one I couldn't install w/o removing the bumper, and the other one just didn't fit well at all.

It's worth going OEM if you can IMO.

I'm not sure what's different between those two part numbers. If you look at this thread, they listed both these numbers for this part.

51192291414 and 51122240986
