photoshoot | Porsche 911 with red HRE's
Got to shoot my buddy's Porsche over the weekend. Some of you may know him as 'pertplus' on these boards. He's had several AMG's a couple M's and now is rolling around in the 911. Enjoy the photos.

Great pictures, ugly car. Seriously, I know I'm gonna get flamed by all the Porsche fanboys but the 911 has never been exactly comely to start with and then add that ridiculous color combo and the end result is just, well not very desirable to mine eyes anyway...

I guess the red would be okay for a weekend car for added extravagance and novelty although not for me personally.
But I cant not imagine anyone wanting to look at it every day.

Hate to say it but I seen the thread title and i cringed. Though once I seen the pictures I am really diging it gorgeous car man and those red wheels really set it off.

Ideally after 993 the 911 should have evolved into what is the current day Caymen. Then it would not have to have its potential cut short to preserve the 911. They could come out with a 928 evolution to top the line-up off with front engine rear drive true GT car instead of trying to change the 911 into one. This guy had the right idea. It would be like the 458 & F12 relationship with each both being special in there own right and not necessarily cutting into the others sales.

That wheel color does not look good either does the two wings I know its oem but still I prefer the duckbill spoiler with out the other on top of it.
I like the red interior should have gotten it on my 991. |
