whaaaaat??? that's definitely an artistic piece. it probably took him alot of time and effort to get the car perfectly lit too. however, art is subjective, so you're right in your own opinion of what it is to you

I interpreted the unfocused foreground (and picture) as, "taking the first steps isn't always clear but eventually you'll be on a focused path."

that pic would be a lot better if you either played up the shadows against the midtones of the subjects or if you just darkened the 2 bodies enough to not see any detail so they were all shadowed.... IMO.

Looking cool doesn't make something art in my eyes. I'm not denying the fact that it's a sick ass shot, and prob took a good amount of time to shoot, but it doesn't make it an artistic piece.
