for some reason when I read the title of this thread, I immediately thought of that fruit. I had it before. I kinda liked it. I lived in Vietnam for 10 years so I pretty much grew up eating it. haha it isnt nasty to me...

this stuff will stink up a room for days. There are places in Thailand, like hotels and such, that won't allow this fruit in their hotels. Street vendors in Thailand make it look so easy to open.. just use a sharp blade and some thick gloves. The fruit makes you hot inside. Some fruits are considered "cold" and some "hot"... at least this is what my parents tell me. Hahaha...

You could kill a man with one of those...not only because it's covered in sharp, hard spikes, but because it also smells like a big bowl of death soup. I have no idea what possessed a man to look at one of those and say to himself, "wow, this rotten smelling porcupine of a fruit looks mighty tasty!"

yes, my ex used to make me eat it. I even tried their milkshake too cuz I figured it would be less pungent but noooooo. As soon as I took the first gulp, thoughts of brownies floating in a gas station toilet began swimming thru my head.
