Gran Turismo for PSP + PSP Go

Anyone excited about being able to play GT on the go?

Here's the IGN review:

Sadly, there's no career mode, but the game still looks like a lot of fun.

I have played it for an hour now (took me a week to find my PSP) and it is fun.

But you can get the same experience from playing GT2 (PSX) on your PSP.

Is that downloadable as well? And does it run as well? I'm amazed at how the game looks and runs on the PSP. 60fps and never drops. No career mode sucks, but once you get passed that, the game is so much fun.

Also, I'm loving the new PSP-Go. It's a perfect size and the screen resolution looks better because they shrunk the display slightly.

I don't think I can get passed the no career mode. It's for me, what made Gran-Turismo. I don't think I really ever spent any time playing the "Arcade Mode" on any of the other Gran Turismos. It was always Career Mode. I'm gonna pass up on this long awaited game.

i was really looking forward to this game, but lack of career mode totally kills it for me. will not be getting it.

does it have the full nurburgring on it?

Yes it does. Personally I think IGN messed up the review. The game is awesome. There's no career mode, but each track is treated like a separate stage with its own goals. There's still a goal to accomplish, it's just a different take than what people are used to. If you are a true fan of GT and love the driving aspects themselves, there's no reason not to get it. It's by far my favorite PSP game to date and so awesome to be able to play Gran Turismo on the go.

I'm not 100% on this as you chaps are in the USA but in English - the word is past - not passed.

On topic - the game looks great and is a pick up and play only.

^You're right, we just have horrible grammar over here!

On Topic - It'd've (bad grammar again) been great if they could've included career mode. Arcade mode to "pick up and play" with career for something to build up to.
