When I was driving the Porsche on the back straight of that giorgeous mountianside track my frame rate went way down.
Damn it, is my 360 a lemon too? And as demos go the Forza 2 demo had much more content, although I do like the physics in Forza 3 a lot more, but common, why doesnt the driver click the paddles or move his hand to the stick? Test Drive Unlimited did this 2 years ago and that game still has my vote as the best cockpit cam in VGs, although NFS Shift is damn close. |

I say NFS Shift is untouched in terms of in-car views. The Forza 3 in-car view is going to be better when the game comes out. Apparently the camera is being moved back, as it should be, and that this is the same demo as the E3 one so it still has kinks that need ironing out.

And thats a good thing, hopefully it will be better than the demo. All I know is that while driving the Evo I started behind a CR 135i. Made me sad, but then I WTFed at the Cayenne. |

Yeah dude I've played the shit outta TDU. I was annoyed by the physics but the game was still a lot of fun. I really don't see how the interiors can rank that high, but w/e, we all have opinions.

one of the developers said they were gonna add the animation to move the hand to the shifter, but that it wouldve been too much work to add the collision detection and animation. That and they were busy working on other aspects of the game.

Yeah the physics pissed me off at times, but you have to admit that the cockpit view is very good in terms of head and body movements.
