M359 19" Max Sidewall Height - E92
Hello.
I'm looking to get the 19" Avant M359's (9 inch front, 10 inch rear). I am trying to figure out what the tallest sidewall tire I could fit on there is. I want a little more protection from bumps. This is for my E92 LCI with stock sport suspension. I was thinking of running: 235/40/19 FRONT 265/35/19 REAR instead of the normally recommended: 235/35/19 FRONT 265/30/19 REAR Any insight as to whether this will rub? I noticed that some people run: 245/35/19 FRONT 275/30/19 REAR with no rubbing, so I figure that I might be able to run a taller sidewall if I sacrifice some width. |

Unfortunately a 235/40 and 265/35 will rub pretty badly. The largest size you can run on a stock setup is a 245/35 and 275/30 and even then some brands like Michelin will rub a little.
Let me know if you need any more help or would like a quote on wheels and/or tires. |
