Wow I can't believe EAS would sell you that size! My 17x8.5 ET47 wont even clear the front strut without a spacer! How much more for a 9.5" at ET45! I hope they do tyhe right thing and take them back. Thats just horrible and makes me not want to order from them anymore!

Uh - please read the thread before making those statements. I've never done business with EAS until today (just a couple of emblems) but I see zero fault with EAS in this situation. It was a misunderstanding between EAS and the OP and it is now being resolved as EAS thought the tires were mounted.

if you only test fitted one wheel, he should atleast offer to take back the other wheels on return. and i dont see how test fitting the wheel on the car (without a tire on it) is harmful. There's no other way to test fit. BS.

this issue makes me scary with purchasing at EAS. a word of "customer service" is still top priority at this market.

EAS ftw!

I've helped my friends ordering VMR wheels and other products through them a lot. Tom never ceased to fail on me on his service and quick email response within 24hours.

One typical example: my buddy with E46 325i was trying to play with the rim sizes with FK coils and the fronts didn't fit at all. my buddy was pretty good on the fact that he admit he was at fault. So, he asked me if I could talk to Tom to send two more wheels with a bit of discount. Tom did it for the fact that it was out of good faith.

I will be ordering my Macht Schnell air filter and maybe my front headlight covers from him soon for my E46 M3. I will be his long time customer for sure until I don't drive a BMW anymore.

As long as customers do their part on reading the policies, EAS is more than willing to help out. This is what I was trying to say.
